6. AI Interaction Disclaimer

While AptlyAI’s AI agents are designed to sound human and provide multi-message responses, users and end-leads interacting with the system understand they may be communicating with an automated service.

7. Client Responsibilities

If you integrate our AI with your CRM, SMS provider, or scheduling tools, you are responsible for:

Providing accurate access credentialsEnsuring compliance with your local data privacy and SMS marketing laws (e.g., TCPA, GDPR)Honoring opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly

8. Intellectual Property

All technology, content, and features on AptlyAI’s website and platform are the property of AptlyAI or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Data Privacy

AptlyAI is committed to protecting your data. We store client and lead data on secure Azure servers and do not use no-code tools for automation. For more details, refer to our [Privacy Policy].

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:
